WASHINGTON (June 1, 2017) - Norman Friedman, , talks about the Navy war gaming experience during the 1930s and early 1940s at the Naval Sea Systems Command Auditorium on the Washington Navy Yard. The Program Executive Office for Aircraft Carriers invited Friedman to speak at its 75th Midway Day Commemoration of the Battle of Midway, and of the establishment of the aircraft carrier as the Navy's centerpiece for our nation's defense.
