This image was taken on Westward Ho! beach in North Devon. The sun is just setting and the tide is out making the wet sand an ideal setting to take this superb sunset image . The low lying clouds give a dramatic effect to the picture whilst the white of the sun almost burns your eyes. Such wonderful reflections in the wet sand gives you a very contemporary and dramatic feel which is very typical of beaches on the North Devon Coastline.
