SAN SALVADOR, EL SALVADOR, MARCH 1982: A young peasant gunned down by a right-wing death squad is treated for serious wounds at a hospital in the capital. His sister, who survived the attack, said she and four others were stopped by two plain clothed men with M16 rifles who opened fire on them.
