BREMERTON, Wash. (August 31, 2018) Sailors selected to advance to chief petty officer from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) and Navy Region Northwest pose for a photograph with their mentors at the legacy academy at the USS Turner Joy museum. Nimitz is conducting a docking planned incremental availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility where the ship is receiving scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
