COBLENZER THOR, a historic landmark in Andernach, Germany. The photo shows the ruins of the fortified castle of the Electors of Cologne, which was built in the 15th century and destroyed by the French in 1688. The image was taken by Sgt. P. Buettner on March 10, 1919, as part of the 3rd Division, Army of Occupation.
