A Russian uniform tunic for a senior sergeant of the police in Finland, circa 1900 Blue knit fabric, brass buttons with traces of silver plating and Russian double-headed eagle. The reverse side with Cyrillic inscription "Petersburg". Complete with shoulder boards and red aiguillette. Wearer's mark with printed Cyrillic inscription "Finl. Gend. Upr.
