Burford is an historic town on the River Windrush in the Cotswold Hills of Oxfordshire England. Its famous High Street has many 15th century Tudor townhouses. The Tolsey building was once the focal point for the wool trade. It is now a museum. The town centres most notable building is the Church of St John the Baptist a Grade 1 listed building built in the 11th-15th centuries.
