A pair of flintlock wender pistols, Wallis in London, circa 1740 Smooth, round barrels in mm calibre, each inscribed "London" on top, at the breeches on the left each with hall- and proofmark. Locks engraved with flowers, the lock plates signed "Wallis", one lock mechanism slightly fatigued. The grips with engraved, iron furniture, the trigger guards can be drawn backwards to unlock the wender mechanism (one latch tight). Wooden ramrods with iron tips. Length 39 cm.
