Chicago's famed pizza brings a happy smile to this man who ordered a slice at the well-known Pizzeria Uno, which has been making the tasty pies since 1943 and claims to have originated the Chicago deep-dish style. Unlike most traditional pizzas, the crust is deep and goes up the sides of a round pan. The cheese is put on the bottom because this thick pizza takes longer to cook and the cheese would burn if it was on top. Model released.
