Lupus is a chronic auto-immune disease that can affect any part of the body. The symptoms are high temperature, fatigue, depression, red facial rash, breathing difficulties, arrhythmia, heart failure, swelling of the kidneys, sensitivity to the sun, muscle pain and swelling of the joints.
