EALING STUDIOS - BILL BARKER - William George Barker (1868 – b1951) recording the 1908 Grand National Horse Race on an early movie camera. Alongside him are (l to r) , H H Wrench and F N Cooper. Barker was a British film producer, director, cinematographer, and entrepreneur who began making low budget films and progressed to lavishly-produced epics on a quality level with those made by Holywood. Warwick set up the Autoscope Company and later the Barker Motion Photography Limited in 1901
