The fruit is from 6 to 8 inches long by 4 inches through, of a bright ruby red color. Thej' are remarkably mild and pleasant in flavor, free from any hot taste. They can be sliced and eaten with vinegar like tomatoes and make a very pleas- ant salad. Pkt. 5 cts., oz. 35 cts., I4 lb. CHINESE GIANT. This is one of the largest and finest peppers in existence. The ex- tremely large size of the peppers is a great surprise to all who grow them. The plant is a strong grower, and a prolific bearer.
