Michael Harper plays the Marine Corps Hymn on bagpipes during the 241st Marine Corps birthday ceremony aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25). Somerset, part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, is operating in the 7th Fleet area of operations, with the embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, in support of security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
