Royal Thai Army Strykers are moved into position prior to the start of a honor ceremony and Stryker handover ceremony, Sept. 12, 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. During the ceremony, Army Strykers were transferred to the Royal Thai Army. The RTA is the first military to be equipped with the combat-proven vehicle. The Royal Thai Army Stryker represents the commitment between the United States and Thailand to modernize the Royal Thai Army, and further supports the alliance’s goal towards a free and open Indo-Pacific.
