An air rifle with a shot counter, Samuel Kühlmann, Breslau, circa 1750. Reblued octagonal barrel with an eight groove rifled bore in mm calibre. Dovetailed sights. Long chamber piece mounted on the reservoir with silver inlaid vines and the inscription "Non plus ultra". Simulated flintlock with bevelled edges, signature, "SA:Kühlman A Breslau" and a shot counter from 1 to 15 in front of the cock. Double set trigger. Leather covered iron butt stock that serves as the air reservoir. Opening (valve missing) on the brass butt plate for attaching the air pump. ,
