Photo essay from clinic. Digestive surgery. Gallblader removal by coelioscopy. The different phases of this surgical intervention are : - insufflation of the abdomen with CO2, - introduction of a trocar to install an endoscope (optical catheter linked to a cold light source cable so as to visualize inside the abdominal cavity, see : images 2853406 and 2853506), - placement of the three others trocars so as to insert the surgical instruments (see : here and image 2853806), - the liver is pulled aside with clamps which allow to visualize the gallblader (see : image 2853606), - laser burning to release the gallblader hang on to the inner walls of the liver (see : images 2853706 and 2854006), - obturation of the artery and cystic canal cut with a clamp, - removal of the gallblader from the abdominal cavity (see : image 2854206), - suture after deflation of the abdomen (see : image 2854106).
