Elle eft forte & plutôt epaifle, Itjfe,quelque peu luftrée, & quand vivante,blanche, avec un teint de brun jaunâtre,efpecialement. vers le bout menu. Lededans eft blanc & luftré. Cette efpece fe trouve en abondance furplufîeurs de nos côtes Britanniques,comme aux IJles de Scilly, en Cornwall,. etaux comtes de Devon, Hants, &c».. Bulla, the Dipper. Univalve fuboval, a little convoluted andumbilicated at the bafe, the apertureor mouth its length, very open or pa-tulous, and the lips fmooth or animal, a Slug. GENRE V.
