Air Force Col. Sean Navin, commander of the 163d Attack Wing (ATKW), California Air National Guard, and Command Chief Master Sgt. Gilbert Sanchez, command chief of the 163d ATKW, present the Outstanding Noncommissioned Officer award to Master Sgt. Ruden Dominguez, 163d Mission Support Group, at the wing's Outstanding Airmen of the Year ceremony held at March Air Reserve Base, California, Nov. 3, 2018. Nominees from each of the wing's four groups and headquarters competed for the wing's top honors in categories. Winners advance to the California Air National Guard statewide competition.
