Ashness Bridge over Barrow Beck in the English Lake District on a spring evening. Ashness Bridge is a traditional stone built widened packhorse bridge over which packhorses would carry woollen cloth from the local area to market. The bridge is a popular location in Borrowdale offering fine views of Falcon Crag on the right and on towards Derwent Water and Skiddaw in the distance.
