VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Oct. 29, 2018) An explosive ordnance disposal technician assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group (EODGRU) 2 rappels from an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Chargers” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26 during night time helicopter rope suspension technique training. EODGRU 2, headquartered at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, oversees Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 as well as all East Coast-based Navy EOD mobile units.
