Robert Figgs, Commanding Officer, Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB) presents Daniel Van Datta, Towed Sensors Supervisor, Outboard Sensors, with a diploma during a graduation ceremony for the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Trident Refit Facility Bangor April 29. The LDP developed at TRFB provides individuals an opportunity to meet with each department and all senior managers at the command, learn about leadership traits and best practices and how each role supports the command’s mission.
