SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 10, 2021) Builder 2nd Class Joshua Kim, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, ground guides a telehandler for Expedient Small Asset Protection construction training as part of joint exercise Cope North. NMCB 4 is forward-deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief and to provide general engineering and civil support to and joint forces.
