Woman reading the names of victims near the 'common grave no. 1' at the New Don Cemetery, next to the Don Monastery in Moscow. This is the burial place of the remains of probably thousands of victims of political terror in the Soviet Union between 1930 and 1932. Most plaques have been placed here by descendants of the victims.
