HARBOR, Wash. (June 15, 2018) Cmdr. Patrick O'Reilly, Commanding Officer of Patrol Squadron (VP) 40 speaks during a change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Patrick O'Reilly relieved Cmdr. Scott Coonan as commanding officer of VP-40 during the ceremony. VP-40's "Fighting Marlins" are home-ported in Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.
