Steve Witherspoon ASHE MISSIONARY BAPTIST ASSOCIATION HISPANIC BAPTIST MISSION CRISTO EL SALVADOR JUNE, 1999 TO JUNE 2000 The Hispanic Baptist Mission Cristo ElSalvador has had a Victorious year. Themembers of the mission all voted to prayevery day for 15 Sunday School at the mission begins at 10:00 am and the SundayPreaching is at 11:00 am. Every Thursday, Pastor Jesus Padilla Nunez hasBible study and prayers. There are Bible studies at the homes of the membersand at the home of Pastor Padilla. Pastor Padilla has visitation at the home ofthe members when it is needed and visits with them at the hospital. There aremany services that are attended by those migrants who work with the Christ-mas tree industry. Many of these workers also come for help and brothers and sisters come from Wilkesboro, Watauga and Alleghanycounties. This year, the mission was visited by an evangelical group of youngBaptist who journeyed on their Christmas mission to the from Padilla hosted services from April 19 to April 25. This evangelist teamconsisted of 4 Argentineans, 2 Mexicans, and 1 Colombian. Their Christianministry expertise is in puppetry, clowning, an
