The Historical Museum in the very small Illinois community whose main claim to fame is being the birthplace of Ronald Reagan, the 40th President of the United States. The main street in town has numerous sites and attractions dedicated to the former actor and president. Reagan was born in Tampico and then moved with his family to nearby Dixon, Illinois as a young boy. While president, Reagan returned to visit his birthplace town along with wife Nancy and a secret service detachment.
