Built in Dutch Renaissance style in 1601. Architect Philip Brandin. It was a pumping station for the towns water supply until 1897. The Alter Swede restaurant building can be seen beyond. Built 1380 it is Wismar's oldest house with splendid glazed brick Gothic gabling
