The ceremony was held in conjunction during National Police Week and included family members of the fallen officers, Government of Guam elected officials, and representatives from the Air Force and Navy. Gov. Calvo and Lt. Gov. Ray Tenorio made speeches honoring not only the lives of those lost in the police force but all peace officers across all services.
