The state railways, SJ YOA1 31. Electrical sample motor cart was developed by ASEA and ASJ. This sample motor cart was inserted in regular traffic in several locations in Sweden, including in Boden and Västerås-Enköping area. The samples out for SJ full satisfaction and decisions were taken to convert 30 diesel engine cars to electric motor carriages.
