An F8E Crusader in its attack configuration with a display of its full armament capabilities on the flight line of Marine All Weather Fighter Squadron VMF (AW) - 235, the only land-based Crusader squadron in Vietnam. This particular squadron has flown 3,440 combat sorties for 4,370 flight hours over a five-month period, dropping 4,283,716 pounds of ordnance and firing over 143,668 rounds of 20mm cannon ammunition. This photograph was taken in 1966 as part of American military activities during the Vietnam War.
