Cantilever bridge. This bridge is passing over a canal at the coastal town of Sete, France. It is designed to be lifted vertically from one end to allow canal and coastal boats to pass. Sete is a port on the Etang de Thau, a lagoon on the French Mediterranean coast. This is the Pont du Tivoli, seen from the south side looking north.
