Third was by Ruth Michele and the title was ''There Is No Land Like ; The association has voted to donate $300 to the Bandon Com- munity Scholarship Fund, and to present the queen of last year, Al'yson Anthony, with a $250 scholarship. In the future the queen will get a $250 scholarship from the Festival Association. "CRANBERRY FANTASY" THEME OF BANDON FESTIVAL "Cranberry Fantasy" will be the theme of the 19th annual Bandon (Ore.)
