Frangipani or Semboja (Latin: Plumeria) is a group of plants in the genus Plumeria. The shape of a small tree with leaves rare but thick. The flowers are fragrant very distinctive, with a crown of white to purplish-red color, usually five strands. Flowers with four or six strands of petals by a particular community is considered to have supernatural powers.
