Brig Gen. Sean C. Bernabe, the 3rd Infantry Division Task Force Marne commander, received the Legion of Merit from Maj. Gen. Lee Quintas during a farewell ceremony, May 17, 2018, at Fort Stewart, Ga. During his time serving as the Task Force Marne Commander, Bernabe supervised the division’s preparation for multiple brigade-level deployments that included 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade and 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade to Afghanistan, and 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team to the Republic of Korea.
