London, UK. 4th November 2016. Police try to hold back the Kurds from the Turkish Embassy after their peaceful march through London to protest there after the arrest early today of the two leaders of Turkey’s pro-Kurdish Peoples’ Democratic party (HDP), along with at least 11 MPs. A few of the protesters started to sit down on the very wet road, but others simply walked around the police to stand on the pavement in front of the embassy where they held a rally.
