White Egg—Belongs to the class of quick-growing Fall Turnips, and for this purpose should be sown, in this latitude, between August 10th and ;)th. Its shape is nearly oval or egg. as its name would indicate. Flesh very firm and fine-grained ; thin and perfectly smooth skin, and both flesh and skin are of snowy whiteness. Its flavor is of the very best, mild and sweet, making it particularly desirable for table use. while its attractive appearance is certain to make it one of the most salable turnips that can be cultivated for market purposes. Pkt. 5c, ox. roc, lb. rsc lb. 50c. Purple-Top White Globe—An early variety, globe-shaped. Heavy cropper. In other respects similar to the Red-Top Strap Leaf. A handsome looking bulb, and is ra- pidly taking the lead of all other varieties of early turnips for market garden purposes. Pkt. 5c. ox. roc, % lb. r$c, lb. 50c. Yellow Aberdeen—Very hardy and productive, good keeper, globe shaped. Color pale yellow, witli purple top. Very firm in texture, and closely resembling the Rutabagas in good keeping qualities.
