The romantic villa for the merchant Winch was built in Konigsberg in the Amalienau district on the Goetestrasse in 1905-1906 by the architect Worms. A two-storey building on a basement under a complex tiled roof. The lintels of the window openings are arched. The facades are plastered. Architectural features of the object: geometric patterns of dark brick, carved wooden decoration of the upper part of the pediment, carved entrance door, molded lampshades for electric lamps, walls and floor of the vestibule, lined with Metlakh tiles and Villeroy & Boch tiles, stairs, railings and stairwell windows, decoration of facades with ornaments, corner borders, crowning cornices, belts, platbands made of solid red ceramic bricks.
