Foot (PL XXXVIII, a, b). — The dorsal ridge of the proximal tarsal element is strong. In 9168 all the four distals are ossified ; they are not pebble-like but irregularly rectangular. The iliac blade is long and its outer surface moderately concave—with the concavity extending down the shaft. The ischial " shaft " is long. The posterior ischial border is straight. The whole anterior pubic border is turned downwards to form a rampart. There is no tongue and no notch lateral to the symphysis. Four sacral vertebrae are coalesced. The first rib is the strongest.
