Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Daniel Christian, acting commander, 412th Theater Engineer Command, officiated a change of responsibility and retirement ceremony at the George A. Morris Army Reserve Center in Vicksburg, Miss., June 10, 2017. Command Sgt. Maj. Dennis Law assumed the duties as the Command's senior enlisted adviser. Command Sgt. Maj. Richard Castelveter retired after more than 35 years of honorable service.
