Half-hardy Mexi- can climbing annual. The buds are at fir^t of a vivid red, but turn to orange-yellow be- fore they open, and when fully expanded the flowers are of a creamy-white shade. They are freely produced from the base to the summit of the plant, which attains a height of from 18 to 20 feet. Seed should be sown early 3202 Sanguinea.
