Archeologist Mr. Jeremy Decker, a scientific recovery expert with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), excavates a unit with local nationals’ assistance in the Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam, November 11, 2016. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War. The mission of DPAA is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
