Thousands of people gathered in London to voice their outrage over the Israeli attack on Gaza and support for the people of Gaza after all the mass death, injuries and destruction, which left Gaza looking like it had been hit by a natural disaster. The event started with a rally with several speakers in Portland Place outside the Broadcasting House in Portland Place, in protest at the BBC's pro Israeli bias covering of the Israeli attack on Gaza. From there demonstrators marched towards Trafalgar Square. Protesters showed their indignation for the Israeli slaughtering of 1300 Palestinians, 400 of them children, the injuring 6000 people, the bombing of hospitals and ambulances, the killing of medical staff, the dropping of phosphorous bombs on UN schools, and the fact that Israel may start again any time it wishes. People demanded that Israel stop shelling Gaza from the sea, that the blockade is lifted, that all borders are opened, that there is a complete arms embargo on Israel, for Israel to be made to pay for its war crimes and for Israel to be brought to justice for war crimes commited during the attack in Gaza
