Numerous partitions of fibrous tissue divide the organinto lobes. When unrolled the vas deferens is said to beabout twenty feet in length. The diameter of the tubeis tolerably uniform, but gradually diminishes from thehead downward toward the tail, when it again increases ;the average diameter in the middle portion, when the tubeis moderately filled, is about mm.
