Before Christmas ofthat year a mass-meeting of thestudents chose William Key-nolds Vance, of Kentucky, editor-in-chief, Wil-liam Carl Lauck, of Virginia, assistant editor-in-chief, and James Bell Bullitt, of Kentucky, busi-ness manager, allowing the ditierent organiza-tions a representative on the board upon the pa^--ment of a fee.
