Army Staff Sergeants Carl Clegg (of Whitmire, South Carolina) and Ryan Franks (of Las Vegas, Nevada), who are instructors with the Army Marksmanship Unit, instruct on shooting from the prone position to competitors at the Army Small Arms Championships at Fort Benning, Georgia March 10-16, 2019. The annual, week-long competition that is hosted by the Army Marksmanship Unit is the Army's premier marksmanship competition that tests Soldiers on both their primary and secondary weapons through 11 different courses of fire.
