This class combines the good points of both the Teas and Hybrid Perpetuals, blooming freelv and without interruption from the first year, like ordinary- Tea Roses, with large, finely formed flowers and delightful fragrance. The range of colors embraces the most delicate and beautiful shades, as well as more pronounced tints. These Roses have constitutions which enable them to stand severe winters w-ith only ordinary protection, and their many other strong points have caused them to take high rank in almost every section of the country.
