Staff Sgt. Hannah Flores, the non-commissioned officer in charge of the aircraft maintenance scheduling and engine management, assigned to the 380th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron, hands out samples of Bulgogi at the Asian American and Pacific Islander cultural showcase event on May 26, 2022 at Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates. Bulgogi is a traditional Korean dish of marinated beef served with rice and literally means “Fiery Meat.”
