The annual Madison wreath laying ceremony is held at the final resting place of the 4th President of the United States, James Madison, at his home at Montpelier, Orange, Va., March 16, 2017. This event was held in commemoration of the 266th anniversary of the birthdate of Madison, and has also been decreed as James Madison Appreciation Day for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
