Corporal’s Course Class Director, Christopher Garza, acknowledges the hard work and dedication of the graduates of corporal’s course class 016-19 aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) Nov. 28, 2018. During the course, Marines learned vital leadership and warfighting skills necessary to the enhancement of the corporals’ knowledge. Some Marines had to accomplish daily work requirements and attend corporal’s course classes in the evening. The entire course was completed in two weeks while Marines were embarked aboard the ship. Garza is the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit sergeant major.
