St. Michael the Archangel Church, in Kaunas, Lithuania


St. Michael the Archangel Church (Sv Mykolas archangelas baznycia), in Kaunas, Lithuania, was built in 1893 in Neo-Byzantine style as a military church for the army stationed at Kaunas Castle. During the Soviet period it was turned into an art gallery and in 1991 reopened as a Catholic church.
